What Is the 2025 AP Schedule?

The 2025 AP Exams will be administered from May 5-9 and May 12-16. 

If you're a student who's taking lots of AP classes and finds you have two tests scheduled at the same time on the same day, the College Board has a late-testing schedule that can accommodate the changes you need. You can learn more about the late-testing schedule here.

 

AP Exams: Week 1

The first week of the 2025 AP Exams runs from Monday, May 5th to Friday, May 9th. Morning exams will be taken at 8:00 AM local time, afternoon exams will be taken at 12:00PM local time.

Overview of the AP Nature History Exam

The AP World History exam is a challenging assess designed to measure your awareness of major historical events and trends from roughly 1450 to the present day. It’s a 3-hour, 15-minute exam that combines multiple-choice questions, short-answer prompts, and free-response essays.

    Is there anything different about the 2024 AP Exams?

    The 2024 AP Exams will follow the same general format as the 2023 paper-and-pencil exams: All 2024 AP Exams will be held in-school with initial test times spread over the first two weeks in May.
