Tickets for the III World Nomad Games are on sale

                       

Tickets for the opening and closing ceremonies of the III World Nomad Games (WNG) are already on sale. This was reported by Aizhan Abdesova, deputy head of the Secretariat of the World Nomad Games, during a meeting of the Media and PR working group with representatives of the Kyrgyz media.

According to Abdesova, tickets for the III World Nomad Games can be bought at post offices of Kyrgyz post offices in Bishkek (Chui Street, 96, 114, Kievskaya Street), Osh (Lenina Street 320) and Cholpon-Ata (Sovetskaya Street , 122). Also tickets can be purchased through the official the World Nomad Games App. "The App is available on Android and iOS platforms. Entrance tickets are strictly individual, with QR codes printed on them. The personal data of an individual, particularly a full name, photo, passport details, etc., are encrypted on the tickets. Strictly forbidding the transfer of the ticket to another person and damage to the applied QR code. Failure to comply with the above rules will lead to cancellation of the ticket without refund of value,

Ticket prices for the competitions range from 1,000 to 15,000 tenge.

  2. The offline ticket office at the Jaksilik Ushkempirov Martial Arts Palace, 41a Kabanbay Batyr Street (10:00-18:00);
  3. The offline ticket office in Almaty at 152A Nauryzbai Batyr Street, office 4, intercom 114, zakazbiletov.kz (10:00-18:00).

Benefits and discounts for spectators of the 5th World Nomad Games:

  1. Free tickets are provided for the following categories of citizens:
    • children 0-5 years old, without a seat;
    • disabled people from groups I and II.

Note: Free tickets are only available at offline ticket offices with the appropriate document.

  1. Discounts on tickets are provided for the following categories of citizens:
    • school tariff (from 6 to 18 years old) - 50% of the basic tariff;
    • pension tariff - 50% of the basic tariff.

Ticket sales for 5th World Nomad Games in Astana officially started

The Games' opening ceremony is scheduled for September 8th at the Astana Arena stadium and will cost from 15,000 to 50,000 tenge per ticket. The average ticket price for the competitions is 3,600 tenge across 21 sports included in the program.

The upcoming wrestling competitions, including the Kazakh Kuresi, Alysh, and Koresh, are set to take place at the prestigious Zh. Ushkempirov Martial Arts Palace, with ticket prices ranging from 2,500 to 7,500 tenge.

The Alau Ice Palace is set to host a list of exciting competitions with the ticket price ranging between 1,000 and 3,000 tenge, including asyk atu, ordo, mas-wrestling, kurash, tug-of-war, and ashyrtmaly aba gureshi.

Competitions for kokpar, kok boru, and bayge will be hosted at the Kazanat Hippodrome, and there are two price points for tickets: 1,000–6,000 tenge for kokpar and kok boru, and 2,000–15,000 tenge for the final matches. Prices for Bayge tournament tickets range from 3,000 to 15,000 tenge.

World Nomad Games boost plane ticket sales in Kazakhstan

The number of search queries for plane tickets to Kazakhstan, including domestic flights, has risen by 13.4% year-over-year in October 2023 and September 2024. The most significant increase of 24.5% was recorded in July this year, just two months before the Games, compared to a month before.

Among those with the biggest interest to the Games are tourists from India, Germany, the US, Türkiye and South Korea.

Malaysia rose from 30th to 9th place, Canada from 18th to 11th, and Japan from 20th to 13th when it comes to the list of countries, the citizens of which bought the highest number of plane tickets to Kazakhstan.

Germany leads in terms of the number of search queries for plane tickets to the Kazakh capital of Astana.

To note, the 5th World Nomad Games will be held on September 8-13 in the Kazakh capital, Astana. The event will bring together 2,000 contestants. 97 sets of medals will be up for grabs in 21 sports.

Over 100,000 tourists are projected to visit the Kazakh capital during the 5th World Nomad Games.
